UPCOMING EXHIBITIONS
NEMS 2027 Juried Exhibition
Where: South Shore Arts Center, Cohasset, Massachusetts
When: January 7th, 2027-February 13th, 2027
Reception: Sunday, January 10th, 2027 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm, EST
A large light filled gallery graces the first floor of the South Shore Arts Center
CALL TO ART WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2026

There will be three Jurors; one from the arts center, and two from the U.S. mosaic community who will choose a
“Best in Show” winner, and three “Juror’s Choice” winners.
(Winners will be announced at the reception on January 10th)

Requirements for submission:
• Accepted works can be 2-D or 3-D, (no works suspended from the ceiling), no larger than 36” wide x 36” high, and weigh less than 50 lbs.
• Mosaics exhibited at previous NEMS exhibitions will not be accepted.
• Members can submit up to two works. Submission fee will be $25 each.
• You must be a current member of the New England Mosaic Society in order to submit your work.

• If you would like the gallery to sell your work they will take a 40% commission from the sale, giving the artist 60% after the exhibit ends
Dates to Remember:
• Submissions are due by November 24, 2026
• The ArtCall.org website will be available for digital submissions by
September 1, 2026. All work must be submitted by November 24, 2026.
• The Link to the web page will be emailed to you soon
• Notification of acceptance will be made by email no later than December 1, 2026
• Drop Off dates for accepted work: December 14-18, 2026 and January 4th, 2027 from 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Shipped work should be delivered by December 15th, 2026
(Note, SSAC is going to be closed December 19th, 2026 – January 3rd, 2027)
• Pickup Works: Week of February 16 – 20th, 2027 from 10:00am – 4:00pm
(Contact the art center if you need to pickup outside these dates.)
(Also note the art center is closed Feb15, 2027 for Presidents Day.)
